Main Features
1)It is not necessary to beat flat the bevel edge, and it can realize at one time molding. The molding material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness no more than 2MM.
2)It used cyclonical two-speed reducer to large torque. It adopts special way for the torque transmission between the gear box and working case, ensuring smooth and reliable mechanical operation.
3)The material entrance clamp apparatus has the flowing advantages: being adjustable, flat and straight guide and the finished fishtail veining being straight.
4)On the back holdup plate of the machine, there is a rolling size localization device. We can accord the product requirement select the rolling length localization size and achieve the optimum result.
5)When we process 10mm or more material, we can use the coarse rolling mechanism of the machine and then get the beautiful molding fishtail pattern.
6)The roller material has very good quality and long lifespan, and each roller can roll at least 100 thousand pieces.
